Existing budgeting tools showed transactions but offered little personalized guidance on where to cut costs or how to stay on plan. Starling Elevate scoped an AI Personal Finance and Budgeting Application to deliver tailored insights and smarter budget planning.
The seven-month project used AWS Bedrock and Claude Sonnet for generative financial guidance, plus a recommendation engine for personalized budget and savings suggestions. Work covered secure transaction aggregation, spending pattern analysis, budget plan generation, AI financial insights, savings goal tracking, and continuous optimization based on user behavior.
